Ketolio is offered as a subscription service. To use the app, you must create an account, provide correct information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable law and not to misuse the service, including not attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.

To create an account, we require email, name, phone number and acceptance of these terms and the privacy statement. Email verification is required for new accounts.

If the app is used on behalf of a child with GLUT1 deficiency syndrome, you as a parent or guardian confirm that you have the authority to create the account and consent to these terms on behalf of the child.

Ketolio is a support tool for ketogenic diet tracking and does not provide medical advice. The app does not replace assessment, diagnosis or treatment by qualified healthcare professionals.

All use of the app's suggestions, macro calculations, keto-ratio calculations and statistics is at your own risk. Final decisions about diet and treatment should always be made in consultation with your treating physician or dietitian.

Ketolio assumes no responsibility for health consequences of using or not using the app.

You retain ownership of foods, recipes, meal plans and saved meals you register. By saving content in the app, you grant Ketolio a limited license to store, display and process this content to provide the service to you.

You confirm that the content you register does not infringe the rights of others, and that you have the necessary rights to store it in the app.
